এখন থেকে নতুন আস্তানায় চলে এসেছি
এখানে সবুজে ঘেরা, বাহারি পাখিরা সকালে
বিকেলে এসে দেখা করে করে,মনের কথা বলে
গভীর রাতে জোৎসনাআলোয় ভাসে কীর্তনের সুর।
নতুন বাড়িটার নাম রেখেছি কবিতার বাড়ি,
সন্ধ্যার বাতাসে ছডায় বকুল ফুলের গন্ধ…
নীল পাখি,লাল পাখি,সবুজ পাখি,হলুদ পাখিরা
বসে বকুল গাছে,ছাতিম গাছে,নারকেল গাছে।
মিটিং হয়,তাদের মধ্যে কেউ নেতা,কেউ কর্মী
যে যার নিজের কথা বলে,মতামত দেয়,ভবিষ্যৎ ছকে,
আমাদের তাতে অসুবিধা হয় না,বিব্রত হই না,কারণ
তারা মুক্তির কথা ,প্রেমের কথা,সুখ,শান্তির কথা বলে।
কবিতার বাড়িতে জীবন আছে,তাকে তাকে সজ্জিত
সব সাহিত্য, সংস্কৃতি, সঙ্গীত,ইতিহাস,ভূগোল,দর্শন,
সবই এক একটি কবিতার বই;সমাজ,সভ্যতা,জীবনের,
এসো,কবিতার বাড়িতে,নন্দনতত্বের আলোচনায় বসা।
